Delivery time is calculated in business days, and orders will be shipped after payment is verified.
Domestic orders placed using the ATC Online Store are typically shipped within 1-5 business days after the order is placed; however, turnover time may vary. Most shipments originate from our Redwood City, California location and are transported via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express.

Return Permission Must Be Requested so that we may issue a Return Authorization and provide return shipping instructions. To request permission to return a report, please contact us.
Books Damaged in Transit. The shipping vendor (Federal Express or USPS) is responsible for goods during transportation. Please open your package upon arrival and inspect it for damage. If any damage is revealed, please file a claim with the vendor.
Returns Must Be Accompanied By Your Authorization of Return. Books returned with the Return Authorization will be credited with 100% of the invoice total less the cost of shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
To Request for a Credit. To receive a credit for a return, the book must arrive in its original condition. To package the books so that they will arrive in good condition, we suggest you wrap them in the same way that they were sent to you. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
* Shrink-wrapped items that have been unwrapped
* Reports printed on-demand
* data diskettes
* licenses for software that has been used
A check will be issued for the credit. Whether you paid for the order by Visa, Mastercard, check, money order, or cash, ATC will issue a check to reimburse you for your return.
